Factory Warranty Repairs
Oris watches are warranted for a period of two years from the date of the original sale. When you purchase a new Oris watch you can register your watch online at the Oris Swiss Website and add third year to your original factory warranty. If you have an Oris watch that is in need of warranty repairs your may send or bring your watch to The Watchmaker. To validate your warranty the following items are required:
1. Proof of Purchase from an Authorized Oris Dealer dated not more than 2 years prior to watch being received by our facility. If you have registered for an extended warranty (3 years total) with the Oris Swiss Website please provide the confirmation.
2. Properly filled out warranty card complete with serial number and date of sale,
stamped by the selling Authorized Oris Dealer.
3. The watch must be factory sealed and unaltered.
Only Authorized Oris Service Agents may perform in-warranty service.
The Watchmaker is the only Authorized Oris Service Agent in the United States.
Any repairs performed by anyone other than the Authorized Repair Facility will render your Oris factory warranty null and void.
If any of the above conditions are not met an estimate will be provided to you to properly service your Oris watch.
Please note that Authorized Dealers are not Authorized Repair facilities.
If you purchased your Oris watch through non authorized (gray market) channels, the Oris factory warranty is not valid and will not be honored by Oris.
