Returns/Refunds

Any new watch purchased from The Watchmaker comes with a 14 day return privilege, with no restocking fee.  An extension of return privilege time limits can be arranged at time of sale if/when neccesary.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Watches being returned must be in brand new saleable condition complete with all packaging and documentation.  Watches that have been sized or engraved are not returnable.  Special order items are not returnable .  "Special Value" and clearance merchandise returnable for store credit only, no refunds.

Watch parts, such as straps and bracelets, are not returnable.
